1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the Night Reset app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that could harm the service or other users.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings.

4. Refunds

Refund requests for subscriptions or in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. Contact their support for refund requests.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g. in the App or by email if you have provided it). Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
